MediaMind supports all major formats including MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, AVI for video, and MP3, WAV, M4A for audio. You can also paste a URL to process videos hosted online.

How accurate is the transcription?

Our AI-powered transcription achieves 94%+ accuracy across 99 languages, with speaker identification and automatic paragraph segmentation. Accuracy may vary depending on audio quality, background noise, and accents.

How long does processing take?

Processing speed depends on the length of your video. A typical 60-minute video takes around 3-5 minutes to fully process. You can start viewing results before processing is complete — videos become available at around 60% progress.

What languages do you support?

MediaMind supports transcription in 99 languages and translation into 100 languages. This includes major languages like English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Hindi, and many more.

What can I do with the AI chat feature?

The AI chat lets you ask questions about your video content and get instant, cited answers. You can search across individual videos or entire projects. Citations link directly to the relevant timestamps, so you can jump straight to the source. It's perfect for research, content review, and finding specific moments.

Can I export subtitles?

Yes, MediaMind generates subtitles automatically from your transcripts. You can export them in SRT format for use in video editors, YouTube, and other platforms.

What are the available plans and pricing?

We offer three plans: Personal at £19.99/month (10 hours of video per month), Team at £49.99/month (100 hours with collaboration features), and Enterprise with custom pricing for larger organisations. All paid plans include full access to transcription, translation, subtitles, and AI search.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your content to train AI models. Your videos and transcripts remain private and are only accessible to you and your team members.

What team features are available?

The Team plan includes shared project workspaces, team member management with role-based access, and the ability to collaborate on video analysis across your organisation. Team members can chat with AI about shared video collections.
